Trails End Community Garden

The Trails End Community Garden is a project of the Trails End Community Association (The Association), a registered Society under the NWT Societies Act.  The Association supports a healthy and vibrant community through the development and maintenance of neighbourhood recreational opportunities that improve the well being of area residents.

While the community garden is the current focus of The Association, in the future this society could work on other beneficial projects in the community. The community has been defined as anyone who lives on Trails End Crescent or on a street nearby, within
approximately 500 metres of the garden.

Membership in the Association is a requirement of anyone who would like to participate in the Trails End Community Garden.  In addition, membership in the Association gives you the opportunity to participate and provide input to a number of projects that directly affect residents of Trails End and the nearby community. You can also vote either in person or by proxy at the yearly Annual General Meeting, to be held in November each year.

This Association is completely separate from the Trails End Condominium Corporation, so
there is no obligation as a Condominium Corporation member to be a part of this society or the community garden project. However, everyone is welcome to support the Association, to participate and to contribute thoughts and ideas. You can find the Association’s by-laws here.
