Garage sale, workshops and more!

Even though we’re still a few weeks away from planting, preparations are well under way for the 2014 gardening season. The remaining soil for the garden and some chickenpoop fertilizer should be delivered soon.

Some of the behind-the-scenes happenings include sourcing a water tank and water delivery system, a shed and fencing for the garden. These items do cost money, so if anyone has leads on where we can find them for little or no cost, please let us know.

There are also a number of great workshops planned over the next few weeks, and don’t miss your chance to participate in our annual Garage Sale. Read on for more details!

Even if you’re not interested in a garden plot, or end up on the waiting list, please consider supporting us by becoming a member of the Trails End Community Association, which is the organization that represents the Community Garden.
This year, your support will be recognized in our wooden flower garden, and with a sampling of produce.
